WALKING THE AETHER REVIEWS
"Walking the Aether is a Great Metal album that crosses into all genres of Metal with great musicianship. killer riffs, and great story lines. Flesh Engine has proven they are ready to take on the world. These guys have worked their asses off and put together great artwork and packaging as well""I have known Dave, Dustin, and Paul since back in 2008 when we first played together and immediately became a fan of the band and friends with these guys. The addition of Tom Stowe on drums, who I feel is one of the premiere drummers in the local metal scene, has made Flesh Engine a force to be reckoned with" !!!!!!

ESSENCE OF HELL REVIEWS
3 crushing tracks of some prime thrash metal. The tunes are catchy as hell and played with plenty of power, speed and conviction. The riffs had my neck moving in no time and the singer sounds awesome as he belts out the tunes with such velocity. All 3 tunes on this puppy smoked me and if a label doesn't snatch these guys up there is something wrong here. This reminded me of older Sacred Reich in parts and that is certainly not a bad thing. Killer release.

Flesh Engine hails from my area & play some very well constructed old school Thrash Metal. They have been building a strong following in the past few years & are starting to get some recognition they deserve. They add in some touches of modern Death Metal into their sound at times too. There is a lot of Doom inspired riffs, double bass pounding topped off with some low end raw growls & screams with the occasional melodic clean vocal mixed in. These guys have a bit of that sound from the early 90's that reminds you of bands like PRO-PAIN, PANTERA, CROWBAR & TESTAMENT. That should be enough for you to want to check these guys out.

'07 DEMO-LITION REVIEWS
This group plays a compelling combination of thrash and hardcore, with all the mosh ability that a band can muster, but also shows a strong and chilling melodic side. This gives the all of the pounding muscle and adrenaline a little bit of heart and soul to give it depth help it to become more memorable. This is a mean recording, but it also shows a little bit more range than the average thrash-core unit. The singer's voice has some character. His style is fairly clear though sometimes gruff, He conveys emotion in a fairly articulate manner. You won't have any trouble understanding the lyrics, but they are provided (just in case.) The drums also show some range, allowing for some interesting timing changes and cool attitude. The strings are well played, with nice clean solos and furious gallops, as well as more tender atmospheric interludes. In all, these guys are on their game. The recording sounds pretty good for demo. There are 3 songs. I'm sure after hearing these three, you'll want to hear more. Flesh engine is like the feeling of regret at the back-street beat down, but participating anyway!
